When will my order ship?

If you’re ordering during a pre-sale, shipping details will be listed in the product description. Most pre-sale orders will ship within 3–4 weeks or less, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

For all other in-stock orders, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Who do you ship with?

We currently ship via UPS. Once your order has been processed and packed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we hope to in the future. For now, NyzRoots only ships within the United States.

 

Where are your products made?

All NyzRoots products are proudly formulated and produced in Houston, Texas.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you made a mistake or need to change your shipping address, please reach out as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to make edits or cancellations.

 

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our formulas are cruelty-free, and most are vegan-friendly (including Feli’s Foam). Check each product page for specific details.

Do your products contain sulfates, silicones, or parabens?

Nope. NyzRoots products are free of sulfates, silicones, and parabens, so your strands stay nourished—not stripped.

 

Do your products change or alter curl patterns?

No. Our formulas are made to support your texture, not change it. They’re here to enhance what’s already beautiful—your natural curls, coils, kinks, and locs.

 

Are your products safe for all hair types?

Yes! While our line is formulated with natural and textured hair in mind, anyone can use and love NyzRoots. Always review the ingredients if you have specific sensitivities.

 

What’s the shelf life of your products?

Our products are most effective when used within 12 months of opening. Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
